Win Comment Picker is a macOS desktop application that helps a Facebook Page administrator load eligible comments from a Page post and select a winner using an equal-chance spinning wheel.
How the app works
A focused tool for Page-owned giveaways
The administrator chooses a Page and post they manage. The app then uses authorized Meta access to retrieve the post’s comments, prepare the entrant list, and run the draw locally on the administrator’s Mac.
Prepare
Comments and replies are loaded. Duplicate commenters can be merged when Meta supplies a stable identity.
Draw
Each eligible wheel entry receives an equal chance. Winner cards and history remain on the administrator’s Mac.
Meta access verification
Why access is requested
The app requests only the Meta permissions needed to identify Pages managed by the signed-in administrator, list Page posts, and read comments and engagement required for the selected giveaway. It does not post on a user’s behalf, sell personal information, or use Facebook data for advertising.
